Sunday, February 15
5:00 pm Cultural Activities begin with the presentation of the Orchestra "El Chino" Medina, alternating with a local group of music, located on the platform side of the Plaza of the Three Presidents.
Monday February 16
6:00 pm Art Route Inauguration by the Guaymas Mayor Antonio Astiazaran, at the City Hall, with a Pictorial Exhibition of Carmen Campillos
7:00 pm Rock concert “Jailhouse Rock” to be held in the esplanade of the arts center building, known before as the Old Prison of 15th Street
Tuesday February 17
4:00 pm Royal Court Kid’s coronation, variety of arts and children's. At the Municipal Auditorium.
7:00 pm Piano Concert “A ti mi Guaymas...Bastión Cultural”, (Cheese, Bread and Wine) on the central patio of the Arts Center Building located on main Serdan and 14th street.
Wednesday February 18
8:00 pm Triumphal entry of 2009 Floral Games Queen.
8:10 pm Tribute to Dario Galaviz Quezada, friend and professor of philosophy from Guaymas
8:35 pm Award to the winner poet of the papers presented at the 2009 Floral Games
8:40 pm Coronation Ceremony, Queen of 2009 Floral Games, according to cultural protocol by the honored poet.
9:00 pm Art Shows at the Municipal Auditorium
Thursday February 19
7:00 pm Bad Humor Parade, along the Serdan and 9th street to the Three Presidentes Plaza.
8:00 pm Bad Humor trial, (reading of the will) and Bad Humor Burning at the Three Presidentes Plaza.
9:00 pm Dances start, variety shows and fireworks, local bands performing at the Three Presidentes Plaza
10:00 pm Stellar presentation of Guaymas born comedian “Tonny Flores” at the Three Presidentes Plaza.
Friday February 20
6:00 pm Sinaloa´s Music Band at the Municipal Auditórium.
7:00 pm Coronation ceremony begins with the presentation of Sister Cities Queens; El Segundo California, Meza Arizona, Santa Rosalia BCS and ambassadors.
7:15 pm Arrival of “Annel I” Queen of 2008 Carnival. Farewell.
7:20 pm Triumphal entry of the 2009 Carnival Queen and her Royal Court, Coronation Ceremony "2009 Carnival Queen" and her Royal Court, artistic presentation and variety shows.
8:00 pm Relocation of the Real Court to the central stage at the Three Presidente PLaza.
8:30 pm Opening Statement and order of the Carnival by 2009 Carnival Queen in the Three Presidente Plaza.
8:45 pm Fireworks
9:00 pm Reunion with the Traditional Fantasy Dance, organized by DIF-Guaymas, in the Salon Nautica in Miramar Neighborhood.
9:00 pm Home variety arts, entertainment, popular dances with local musicians groups starring “El Coyote and his Band Tierra Santa and the Band of the Morales brothers” located at the new malecon.
Saturday February 21
3:00 pm Cultural activities in different areas of the parade with floats and processions.
4:00 pm First day parade of floats and processions, starting on 10th st and Serdan turning on 20th street continuing Rodolfo Sanchez Taboada Boulevard, El Rastro area, continuing on Costa Azul boulevard chaired by Mayor Antonio Astiazran, Civil and Military Authorities of Guaymas and Special Guests from the official pavilion located on Serdan Avenue and 14th Street, in the esplanade of the Arts Center Building.
8:00 pm Artistic variety, shows, fireworks, popular dances with local musicians groups starring the sensational “Ninel Conde and Los Karkis” located at the new malecon.
Sunday February 22
10:00am Sport events begins with the traditional bicycle race on the Dolphinarium access scene. Starting from Manlio Fabio Beltrones Boulevard to the Dolphinarium and back.
1:00 pm Traditional pedestrian race, from Fray Ivo Toneck Municipal Auditorium to the Sanchez Taboada Boulevard in circuit to supplement 2.5 Km.
3:00 pm Cultural activities in different areas of the route of floats and processions.
6:00 pm Second day parade with floats and processions (Night). From the Kennedy Plaza, El Rastro area, Rodolfo Sanchez Taboada Boulevard, 20th Street, Serdan Avenue (North) to the 10th Street, chaired by Mayor Antonio Astiazaran, Civil and Military Authorities of Guaymas and Special Guests from the official pavilion located on Serdan Avenue and 14th Street, in the esplanade of the Arts Center Building.
8:00 pm Artistic variety, shows, fireworks, popular dances with local musicians groups “Priscila y sus Balas de Plata Feat. Los NIetoss” located at the new malecon.
Monday February 23

4:00 pm Third day parade of floats and processions, starting on 10th Street on Serdan Avenue to 20th street on Rodolfo Sanchez Taboada Boulevard, El Rastro area, continuing thru Costa Azul Coulevard. Chaired by Mayor Antonio Astiazran Gutierrez, Civil and Military Authorities of Guaymas and Special Guests from the official pavilion located on Serdan Avenue and 14th Street, in the esplanade of the Arts Center Building.
8:00 pm Artistic variety, shows, fireworks, popular dances with local musicians groups “Festival de Bandas” (Bandas.- Del Sol, Kapiro, Macapule, Playa Azul)” located at the new malecon.
