Yesterday morning we were just hanging out at home when there was a knock on the door. It was the young tech. from Megacable. We hadn't called him and we weren't having any problems. He said that he had just stopped in to make sure that everything was working well and that our speed was up to where we wanted it to be. WOW!!!! I told him that we had purchased a switch instead of a router and that everything was working fine. He checked things out, pronounced everything to be hooked up properly and left on his way. I would never have expected that. Sure can't complain about that kind of service. Very nice young man each time he has come to do any service for us.
Not too much going on, we went downtown yesterday and looked at an art exhibition at the Casa de la Cultura, then we did some shopping and Roy went home while I went to my Spanish class. I found some stuff to thin my oil paints with and found out that turpentine sells for 109 pesos for 1/4 liter bottle, did not buy it at that price and will continue using brush cleaner from the house paint type stores, it is much cheaper.
This morning I did some grocery shopping and am just hanging out staying cool. Nothing exciting happening at the moment.
