Yesterday the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderón Hinojosa accompanied by the Governor of the state of Sonora, Eduardo Bours and the mayor of Guaymas, Antonio Astiazarán inaugurated the Centro Internacional de Cruceros (cruise terminal). The total cost was 110 million pesos according to the newspaper.

They then went on to view the hurricane damage in Alamos. 800 million pesos of aid was promised for the areas affected by Tropical Storms Julio and Lowell and Hurricane Norbert.
