On Sunday we were invited to attend baby Diegos baptism. It was held at the Sagrado Corozon church here in Guaymas.

After the ceremony at the church, everyone was invited to a fiesta at La Barca restaurant. If you have ever read anything here before you know that this is one of our favorite restaurants here in town.
We were served a great meal of a Chili Relleno, chicken enchilada and a tostada. As usual the food was good. Snacks and drinks were plentiful also.
At one point during the party they gathered all the children together and threw coins out into the midst of the group. It was a wild scramble for all. I am not sure of the significance of this and will have to ask.
A good time was had by all.
