Handicap Access

They have added a handicap access ramp at the Palacio Municipal. It was supposed to be in place on the 12th of November. When we were there on the 15th, sure enough it was in place. According to the newspaper, El Vigia, it was installed at a cost of 65 thousand pesos. It is on the left side entrance to the building. The building is designated as historic by the National Institute of Anthropology and History.
We went out to San Carlos the other day, so on our way by I took a picture of the wind powered generator. It wasn't turning when we went into town; but on our way out it was working.
