I was just talking to my step-daughters husband and apparently I won 2 tickets to Brett Kissels 18th Birthday Party Concert being held at the Winspear Centre in Edmonton on Friday night. Needless to say; although I really do like the artists in the concert and would LOVE to be there, I will not be. My step-daughter will be happy to take the tickets off of our hands and I truly hope that she enjoys the concert.
You are probably wondering why I even enter the contests being that we are down here. Well, the answer is that my step-daughter is also our accountant and I kept thinking that if I ever won anything that it would just be a small thank you for her for all that she does for us. She goes above and beyond what any normal accountant would and makes our lives so much easier. I never really thought that I would win anything though; but I am glad that I did and I hope that she has fun on Friday night.
